Jan 16, 2019

The first batch of Shanghai artists that will stage performances at the China International Arts Festival in October has begun rehearsing at the Nine Tree Shanghai Future Art Center in Fengxian, which is set to open around the same time of the year.

The theater located in the middle of a forest is the first of its kind in China. Its main theater boasts 1,200 seats where all audiences get to enjoy the same indoor acoustic experience within the space.

It also has a multifunctional theater with 500 seats that links the audience with performers and a 300-seat hall that allows guests to enjoy the view of the riverfront forest as well.
